Description
The IGS-3084GP-LA is a 12-port industrial managed Gigabit Ethernet switch featuring 8 x 10/100/1000Base-T(X) RJ45 ports and 4 x 100/1000Base-X SFP slots for flexible copper and fiber connectivity. Designed for mission-critical industrial networks, it supports multiple Ethernet redundancy protocols, including O-Ring (recovery time < 30 ms for rings of up to 250 devices), O-Chain, IEC 62439-2 MRP, and MSTP/RSTP/STP, helping minimize network downtime and maintain reliable communication.
O-Chain enables the interconnection of multiple redundant rings using different redundancy protocols, providing greater network flexibility and scalability. The switch also supports Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) for real-time monitoring of optical transceiver parameters, along with network management and security features such as VLAN, SNMP, HTTPS/SSH, ACL, and IEEE 802.1X authentication. With dual redundant 12–48VDC power inputs, an IP30-rated aluminum enclosure, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 75°C, the IGS-3084GP-LA is well suited for industrial automation and demanding fiber-optic networking applications.
